NATHAN CRUZ -Nathan specializes in wedding arrangements where he brings young,creative designs to the forefront. His arrangements have been featured in Strip and off-Strip hotels and in his own flower boutique. He is also responsible for the day-to-day store operations including our computer systems, order sequencing and delivery systems.

MARTIN SULLIVAN, III -Martin was a commercial and exhibiting fine artist in New England for over 20 years. Then he accepted the Creative Director’s job in Papua New Guinea's largest advertising agency. There, in his spare time, he had the oppportunity to photograph the people and places of that country and the rare flowers, especially wild orchids, that grow there. Martin's fine art training was at the Boston Museum School. He has won many ribbons for oil painting, water color, charcoal, pen and ink and photography. MARK CARTER - Mark learned his unique skill in vacational school in Ohio. He graduaded 'Top of Class' with emphasis in Slik Floral Design. Following graduation, he was offered coveted opportunites to hone his design in several Ohio Floral Shops. After 6 years of experience with noted craftspersons. He brought his exceptional skillto Las Vegas. Mark has been both a fresh & silk designer for several flower shops in our city. He has also taught Silk Designing Classess in local schools for more than 5 years.

DON CHASE -In 1976, Don founded Mayday Temporary Personnel which eventually became one the largest privately owned staffing services in Southern California. He was President of Mayday until its sale in 1988. In the 1990’s, Don founded and was president of ESP Staffing in Las Vegas. Recently, he has been an investor in residential property and in the stock market. He believes that to succeed you need to attract the best talent available, provide the enviornment in which each person can achieve his/her maximum, and then reward them. His goal is to prove to the Las Vegas Valley that Ava's is the " FLORIST FOR BUSINESS".
